Illustration Friday - "Heavy"

For this weeks Illustration Friday I was inspired by one of my son's toys.  He has a Wonder Woman action figure (he also has lots of male action figures too:) that I stole from him to finish up this "Heavy" Wonder Woman image.  Most of my paying jobs I do in Illustrator (vector stuff) so I thought I'd do this one in that too.   I think I spent just under 5 hours on it.

Great. She still looks light on her feet though. Guess that's what makes her Wonder Woman. Monday Artday has a wonder woman challenge going this week. You should post there too.

You are soooo very talented! Your posts below are brilliant :) The theme at Monday Artday is "illustrate Wonder Woman in your style" so this is perfect for that site, too! Great work...

that's hilarious! Was about to say "cute illustration, but a bit heavy in the middle", and then I saw the title. lol :-) I guess it worked! Plus why do super-heros always have to have toned bodies? Really.
