Illustration Friday - "Pale"

For this week's Illustration Friday topic of "Pale" I went Polynesian.   I was thinking of all the white (pale) tourist who vacation there in the winter.  This happy little guy just got off the airplane and caught a dance with one of the locals (he's loving life).  I was going for the  50's travel guide illustration vibe .  It was done in Photoshop and Illustrator and took about 4 hours.

Great stuff. AGAIN! Awesome colour scheme and that guy is truely lost in the moment. Can't say I blame him.

When are you going to compile all your illustrations and place them in a coffee table book for sale? It's just amazing Scott what you do in four hours. It's awesome. I tell you , if you produce a book I am going out and buying 10 to give out to other illustrators. Your work is collectable ! Great work my brother.
